Can you tell us about the origin of Blossom Bar and what inspired its creation?
The idea for The Blossom Bar was born from a combination of inspiration and a clear need. A close friend of mine, who owns a wedding venue, approached me with a pressing concern. She wanted to explore opportunities in the cannabis space because she was frustrated with the aftermath of traditional events—guests getting drunk, fighting, breaking things, and even vomiting on her carpets. Her question was simple: *”How can I get into the cannabis side of things?”* As someone who loves a great cocktail, I understood her frustration and saw an opportunity to create something meaningful. At the same time, I thought about my patients—many of whom choose not to drink alcohol for a variety of reasons. If you’re not drinking alcohol, you’re often left out of the celebration. There are no special, fancy drinks designed for you. That lack of inclusion always stood out to me. I wanted to create a solution, a way for sober individuals to feel just as much a part of the party as anyone else. But I didn’t want to stop there—I wanted to take it a step further. If we could craft drinks that not only tasted amazing but also incorporated ingredients to help people feel better, more balanced, and even healthier, I knew we’d have something truly special. That vision is what makes The Blossom Bar unique. It’s more than just a mobile mocktail bar; it’s a celebration of wellness, inclusion, and innovation.

How do you ensure compliance with local hemp and cannabis regulations while maintaining quality?
Compliance and quality are at the heart of what we do at Blossom Bar. We make sure to stay on top of local hemp and cannabis regulations, working with experts to navigate the rules and ensure our products meet all the requirements. We only utilize hemp-derived products due to the current regulations.
For quality, we only use ingredients that are thoroughly tested for safety and consistency. Plus, we take time to train our team so they’re ready to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. It’s all about creating a premium, worry-free experience for our customers.
Event Experience
How do you tailor your drink offerings for different cannabis events like Toke and Float?
We always tailor our drinks to fit the vibe of the event. For something like Toke and Float, where the focus is on relaxation and connection, we lean into beachy, uplifting flavors and fresh seasonal ingredients. Our frozen Pina Colada was a huge hit along with our Red, White and Blue Mocktail topped with a Bomb Popsicle.
It’s all about understanding the audience and the energy of the event, then creating drinks that enhance that experience. Plus, we always offer all our drinks non-infused, so there’s something for everyone!
Hemp and Cannabis Integration
How do you balance the effects of cannabis with the flavor profile of your drinks?
We focus on creating drinks that not only taste great but also deliver the experience we’re aiming for—whether it’s relaxation, focus, or upliftment. We offer not just hemp-derived THC but also THCv, CBD and CBG so we can blend to create the drink for any experience level and desired effect. We are always seeking terpenes that will compliment the drinks, therefore we seek those that give a “cannabis taste” as well as botanical terpenes such as raspberry, lime and orange..
It’s all about finding that perfect harmony between the functional benefits of cannabis and the sensory experience of the drink. To truly create the perfect drinks I became a certified mixologists to craft flavors that make every sip enjoyable while making sure the effects are subtle, smooth, and consistent.
Brand Philosophy and Future
How do you see the hemp and cannabis beverage market evolving, and what role do you want Blossom Bar to play?
The hemp and cannabis beverage market is evolving rapidly, and we will have some difficulties with the Ohio Senate wanting to ban all intoxicating hemp derivatives. However, I believe the Blossom Bar has a lot to offer and I see us expanding beyond just infused drinks but becoming a key player in the wellness space. More people are looking for healthier, alternative ways to relax and unwind, and cannabis beverages, especially those with adaptogens and nootropics, are perfectly positioned to meet that demand.
At Blossom Bar, I want us to be at the forefront of this movement, offering high-quality, thoughtfully crafted drinks that not only taste great but also support well-being. We’re focused on creating a fun, inclusive space where people can enjoy cannabis in a responsible, accessible way. We will continue to do events like Toke and Float, The Art of Rolling Up events by AGL Elevated Experiences and well as private events and weddings. We’ll continue to innovate and create experiences that redefine what cannabis beverages can be—bringing wellness, community, and fun together, one sip at a time!
What’s one thing you’d like people to know about Blossom Bar that they might not expect?
People might not expect that Blossom Bar is run by a physician! Our approach isn’t just about creating great-tasting mocktails—it’s about blending wellness with enjoyment. We focus on ingredients like adaptogens, nootropics, terpenes and cannabinoids to offer drinks that not only taste amazing but also support relaxation and balance. It’s a unique mix of science, wellness, and fun! Each drink is infused per patron so everyone can have the experience that is right for them.
What is your signature drink and where can people find you next?
Our signature drink has to be the Mojitos! It’s a refreshing blend of mint and combined with either berries, spiced pears or dragon fruit and strawberries. We create our own syrups to make the this drink special and unique,
