Note – Vendors selling products that are NON Hemp Bill Compliant will be kicked out of their vendor spot with NO refund. Ensure your products are legal and ARE hemp bill compliant.

    • Vendor Spots
      • Vendor spots will be 10ft x 10ft
      • Numbered vendor spots will be assigned
      • Vendor map with assigned spots will be provided
      • Vendor spots come with 1 vendor ticket and 2 GA tickets.
        • GA tickets can be used by your vendor staff for admission or can be re-sold for up to $50 each
        • If you sell your 2 GA tickets additional staff MUST pay for their GA ticket(s)
      • You MAY park 1 vehicle at your Vendor Spot for easy setup and breakdown.
        • Cars parked at Vendor Spots CAN NOT leave until 10:45pm
        • If you need to leave and come back to your Vendor Spot you MUST buy a parking pass for General Parking because you will NOT be permitted to drive your vehicle from your Vendor Spot before 10:45pm under ANY circumstances
      • Vendor Check-In starts at 9:45am
      • Vendor Check-In ends at 10:45am
        • Vendors WILL NOT be allowed to enter after 10:55am
    • Vendor Property
      • ANY items left at Kim Tam Park AFTER 5am on July 13th 2025 becomes property of Floaty LLC UNLESS written consent is given by Floaty LLC to leave your Vendor Property for later pick-up.
